Text, audio, or other content you provide to the Services, as well as system-generated outputs associated with your use.

d. Technical & Usage Information

Device, session, performance, and usage-related information necessary for service operation, analytics, reliability, and security.

e. Payment & Subscription Information

Billing and subscription-related information processed by third-party payment processors when you purchase paid plans.

f. Communications & Feedback

Support requests, inquiries, survey responses, or other information you voluntarily provide to us.

We do not intentionally collect or sell personal private identity information unrelated to providing the Services.

4. Voice Cloning and Model Training

Voice or audio data is processed primarily to deliver requested functionality.

If you enable voice cloning features, voice recordings may be processed solely to create and maintain your personalized voice model. Such recordings are not used to train shared or global AI models unless you explicitly opt in.

You may request deletion of stored voice models where supported by the Service and applicable law.

5. Data Protection & Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). HaloVoice does not sell personal information and processes personal data primarily to provide, operate, and secure the Services.
